She did her first Bikini Competition with the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) She is certified with Girls Gone Strong Academy as a Menopause Coaching Specialist. Also, certified with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Personal Trainer, a CTY Fitness Commit Dance Fitness Instructor and Xtreme Hip Hop Step Instructor.
